Self-Care- Movement-Meditaion-Self-Massage

In order to live a happy and balanced life, taking time for self-care is essential. This Self-Massage class is an educational experience that will teach you about pain points in the body and show you how to use the breath and cork balls to relieve tightness and tension. Movement and meditation will be included in the class.

Self-care is a need, not a luxury. That’s why we’ve created an “ahhhh” inspiring self-care journey that you can experience. 

This class is a 60-90 minute class. It included music, movement, meditation and Massage.
