THAI BODYWORK
The practice fluidly blends compressions, stretches and deep tissue massage with assisted yoga-like positions. Increasing range of motion and opening channels of energy to allow the body to begin to heal itself. A calm meditative state helps to relax and revitalize body, mind, and spirit.
This is done on a mat on the floor, fully clothed.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic massage works toward the resolution of a specific complaint and helps relieve pain, reduce stress. Depending on your goals, I will apply techniques that will work best for you. I am a licensed massage therapist and trained in Eastern and Western massage. I have a variety of techniques I can pull from. I can provide trigger point therapy, stretching techniques, mobilization, reflexology, acupressure, Tui Na, Thai bodywork. Swedish massage and Reiki Energy therapy for relaxation, Therapeutic massage can be done on the massage table and dressed down to your comfort level and draped with sheets.
